Don't we all just wish we had endless amount of money to spend on material things! I have been eyeing a few things up lately and decided to share them with you.
First, I was checking out Boots website earlier looking for a liquid eyeliner and I saw that they now sell Pixi Cosmetics which I had seen in Youtube videos and wanted to try, but ASOS is the only place I could find that sells it.
I really want to try the Illuminating Tint and Conceal. Quite pricey, but pretty good reviews on Make Up Alley (my go to before buying products!) I am going to hold off buying this until I have sorted my skin out (which is a long, long process) but i'm getting there :)
I don't really have a liquid liner. I use to but it probably dried out. So Im going to have a look next time i'm out (hopefully sometime this week, i'm so in the shopping mood! can you tell?!) but I think i want a felt/sponge tip liner like the L'Oreal Paris Super Liner!
I saw these Revlon lipglosses when I was in Superdrug yesterday and I really want to try them. I swatched the Coral, it was gorgeous! But trying to be good, I didn't buy it. I also swatched the Lilac shade. Pretty, but not really my thing. Packaging looks something like below, I couldn't find a decent picture though :(
And last thing (even though I could think of plenty more!) are converse light. I have always been a converse kinda person i guess, and the ones i have now are wrecked from work. I want to try converse light because I think they look more delicate (for lack of a better word) I can't decided between the grey and navy though! I definetly don't want black.
So that its, let me know, what's on your wishlist? :)

Make up Storage
Leanne over at Do Not Refreeze posted her make up and nail polish storage and i felt like joining in the fun! I love seeing others storage and collection, so here i am sharing my organised mess!
Luckily, I am able to keep my make up and nail stuff in a couple of draws. I used to have an ikea draw thing, which is a popular way of keeping orangised, but i just got annoyed with it after a couple of months. I reused the draws from the ikea set, to put inside the draws i used now. And i'll show you what i did with the main part of it at the end of the post :)
I sit here, just behind my bedroom door every morning to get ready. Not the best lighting but my vanity mirror lights up!
On the top I have my vanity mirror, brushes, a small pot for hair bands and pins, my small jar of brushes, hair stuff and daily moisturisers, perfume, hair brushes and my alice in wonderland palette.
In my the top draw I keep most of my make up. For left to right, lips stick/balm/gloss, eye stuff in the next, eyeshadow, foundation, eye lash curlers and foundation in the third, in the pink chocolate box is face stuff (concealers, blushes, highlights etc) and finally standing in the side is palettes.
Then in the draw underneath I keep miscellaneous things with my nail polish. On the left there is a couple of hair curlers, pocket tissues, a small box with bows and other hair clips, under that is a box of sea salt.. yep.. its for cleaning piercings :P
It fits at the side of my desk perfect to hold my college folders!
So that is it! My humble collection of goodies :) Please link me to your posts or leave a comment telling me how you organise yours :) xx

Stila Ultamate Set
I said I wanted to try some more Stila in my last post, and i just couldn't help myself when i saw this.
This set contain illuminating tinted moisturiser, eyeshadows in Golightly, Mystic, Kitten and Wheat, lipglaze in 'Ultamate', a mini convertible colour in Peony and Major Lash Mascara in Black.
I have had this set for a couple of weeks now and I am pretty impressed. The only thing that i was disappointed with was the blue eyeshadow. The pay off is awful. I'm thinking what makes the other shadows so buttery and dreamy is the fact that they are so shimmery.
L-R Wheat, Kitten, Golightly, Mystic (boo) and Peony |
Kitten is definetly a favourite of mine already, showing a very slight dent already.
When i get around to it i want to review these products in full! This probably won't happen for a while because of damn college :( but once my exams and coursework are out of the way, there will be no excuse for my lack of blog posts!
Let me know if there is anything you want a review on :)

Review: Stila Eyeshadow - Cloud
I recently bought a few things from CheapSmells. A website i found when looking for make up. They sell discounted perfume and cosmetics from a range of brands. I was excited mostly over the cheap Stila and the fact they sell NYX - I'm always interested in trying different brands.
I got this one eyeshadow - Cloud - and i love it.
It's smooth, blendable and buttery almost. I could see this easily breaking if it was dropped, but it is a dream to work with. The color looks very, very neutral grey-brown in the pan but comes out as more grey, and is quite shimmery. The colour pay off is fantastic - I am impressed.
One critism i have, which wouldn't bother everyone, is that it does come in pan form. I am keeping it in the plastic case it comes in but i think i will buy a magnetic palette eventually.
This cost £3.45 (RRP £11) from cheapsmells.com. The postage can become pretty pricey if you buy a lot, but for a few things, its not so bad. This took 3 or 4 days to come, i can't remember exactly so not bad shipping and all products i bought were packaged in loads of bubble wrap, so weren't likely to break.
Have you tried Stila? Do you recommend any products from them? I definetly want to try some more :)

MAC Haul
Having been watching youtube videos and reading blogs for a couple of years now, i knew it wouldn't be long until i couldn't resist mac cosmetics. It is one of the most popular cosmetic brands i see and hear about, but i have never figured out why. Last week, i decided i wanted to add some brushes to my collection. I already own quite a few smashbox brushes, which some i got as a birthday gift, and some i got in a smashbox set that i purchased from QVC a couple of years ago. However, on there own they are pretty pricey. So after searching online, i honestly couldn't find much in terms of brushes. I didn't want to spend a fortune, but everyone seems to rave about mac brushes, so i thought what the hell, it won't hurt to try one. I decided to get the 217. After reading reviews and seeing videos, i guess it looks versatile. It can be used for cream products, powders and use on the lid and in the crease.
I'm pretty happy with my purchase. I was hesitant at first, because £14.50 is a fair bit of money to spend (with my not very full bank it is anyway) But as a more positive way of thinking about it, it is in a way an investment. I know i will use this brush, it looks well made and feels it - So hopefully it will last long. I used it today and i really like that it is quite flat on either side but also tapered to use it for blending.
I also bought some brush cleaner. I have always just washed my brushes under the tap with a face wash or something (not great i know) but it was such a chore, i hope this saves me a little time!
What have you been buying lately?

New Shoes!!
At first the zip was completely stuck on one boot and I couldn't get it undone, I really didn't want to send them back because they came from Germany.. Which I didn't realise at the time of buying.. But luckily my dad fixed them! Yay! They are Blowfish Hybrid Boots and I got them from this Amazon market place store.. And the delivery was pretty fast considering that they came from Germany and best of all, it was free!
